What is the HOTEL VOUCHER?

The Hotel Voucher indicates you have a confirmed booking with TUN Travel. It is a PDF attachment sent to you at the time we sent you the Confirmation Email after your booking has been paid. It must be presented to the hotel at the time you check in.

Should you not receive it please check your junk mail and/or spam filters. You can also check your booking status by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website.

Where can I check my booking details and status?

You can check your booking status by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website. Alternatively you can access this information by logging into your account via the  links in your confirmation email.

I have booked a hotel but I have not received my hotel voucher.

Please check your junk mail and/or spam filters belonging to the email address you provided when making the booking. You can also check your booking status by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once you receive Confirmation email along with the Hotel Voucher (PDF file). The Hotel Voucher indicates that you have a confirmed booking with TUN Travel.

How long does it take to get a confirmation?

In most cases, you will receive this email along with the Hotel Voucher (PDF file) after your booking has been paid or within 30 minutes of you making the booking if you pay by credit card.

Can you please resend the Hotel voucher to me?

Just by clicking on the "resend my hotel voucher" link provided in your Confirmation email, you will be able to resend your hotel voucher.
You can also resend your voucher by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website.

I have received the Hotel Voucher, but when I called to hotel, there is no record at the hotel?

Most bookings are instantly confirmed. If the hotel has no record of your booking, please contact TUN Travel Customer Service immediately. Our contact details are displayed on the hotel voucher.

Ask the hotel to call us directly and pass the phone to you or you can dial us yourself. Long distance charges may apply but we will refund you for the cost of the call. All you need to do is provide us the receipt.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?

No. The Hotel Voucher from the confirmation email is all you need.

I have made a duplicate booking. How do I proceed?

A duplicate booking will not be processed and charged unless you confirm to us that it is not an error. One booking will be cancelled and one will be processed.

Can I change the name on my reservation?

Should you need to change the name of the reservation you must contact TUN Travel Customer Service as soon as possible. If you do not contact us to change the guest name the hotel reserves the right to refuse check in.
