Other Services: + The transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 8:00 - 8:30 AM and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 AM from Hon Gai Port, Ha Long.
+ A valid passport is required upon check-in. Personal details (full name, date of birth, passport number, nationality) are requested at least 03 days prior to the cruise date for advance registration (without guest's full information 72 hours before check in time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled). Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.

    If cancelled or modified up to 3-5 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged.
    If cancelled or modified after 2 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
    In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot: Free! 1 child(ren) under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  Free! 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot.
Child (age of 5 - 9) will be charged US$ 75% /child for an extra breakfast.
