We’re nestled on charming Nha Chung Street, one of the few remaining Old Quarter neighborhoods that has retained a local family atmosphere. In between the Old Quarter and French Quarter – and removed from the noise and hustle of the commercial neighborhoods – our hotel offers easy access to all corners of the city, including the airport. We’re located on a broad, one-way street away from the congestion of other parts of Hanoi, making us easily accessible by taxi and bus.
Anatole means “sunrise,” reflecting our commitment to bringing fresh accommodation to Hanoi that blends modern comforts with classic charm. Sunrise is also the best time to explore our neighborhood, and we encourage guests to take morning strolls to watch the city come to life. Hanoi’s Old Quarter and French Quarter couldn’t more different – one a tangled web of market streets and the other an organized grid of treelined boulevards and colonial architecture. From our location you can dip in and out of these historic districts throughout your stay and experience the best of both without ever having to walk too far.
At its heart, Anatole Hotel is a family business. As long-term Hanoi residents, we’ve seen the city change over the years and know that tight spaces characterize the capital, but also understand the need for peace, quiet, and comfort. That’s why we’ve crafted our hotel to blend the charm of our storied capital with the practical needs of today’s modern traveler. We opened in November 2019 to provide a fresh accommodation option to visitors of Hanoi. We’ve crafted the hotel with each guest in mind, whether you’re traveling alone for business or with a group for pleasure.

As a family-owned hotel, we always have families in mind. 10 connecting rooms give your kids their own space while still keeping them close. Even better, our customer care team is trained in looking after younger travelers and are available throughout the day to offer tips and advice. Meanwhile, sophisticated soundproofing ensures that our solo and adult travelers will remain undisturbed during their trip.

But as well as the best steak you’ll find anywhere in Hanoi, Joseph Steakhouse serves up expertly prepared fish and pork dishes from our chefs, all of whom trained in international environments. Sky bar (coming soon) Look out over the fabled Old Quarter rooftops with a colorful cocktail in our Sky bar, the highest in the neighborhood. But our Sky bar doesn’t just serve craft cocktails – you can also peruse a menu of beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, and tasty snacks while enjoying the view. The Sky bar is for in-house guests only, keeping it quiet and ensuring that that’s always a seat waiting for you. |
