Our furnished residences are spacious and contemporary and uniquely designed to optimise your view of the Saigon River.  Each of the 13 villas is purposefully low rise and with a maximum of 12 apartments in each for a particularly boutique and intimate environment. Our choice of 1, 2, 3, 5 bedroom or penthouse apartments provides an ample range of sizes and configurations – for singles, couples and families. The apartments are fresh and modern, in a resort-style with a hint of Vietnamese charm. Our apartments are fully serviced 3 times weekly and we have a laundry on site for your convenience.  Resident Services are open and contactable 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

    If cancelled or modified after 2 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
    In case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot: Free! 1 child(ren) under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.
