your employees are excellent and very professional.
Our tour guides and drivers were first class. We would certainly
recommend your company to our friends and family.

development programs:
- Continue to develop your internet services with up to date
information
- Implement a customer identification method so that customers can

We found our travels there to be most informative and the hotels we
stayed in were comfortable, clean and welcoming. We would certainly

Our only complaint was when we were leaving your wonderful country;
unfortunately the immigration people were quite unpleasant. This has
nothing to do with you, we know, but perhaps you have some influence
in that area and could pass this on.

The tour is great and memorable. The services and the staffs have
