we have just returned from a 19 day tour of Vietnam organized by miss Vivian from tun travel.we had a great time and nothing was too much trouble for this company.the hotels were good ,some of them were old but they were clean and staff were very helpful. they organized visas pick up and bus travel and when we did not like the bus service they got us a Minny van for a small extra charge.i must admit we were not expecting a lot because the tour was so cheap and the 6 of us were very surprised at the good accommodation the amount of meals included and the tours. we would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to anybody. thank you tun travel..

I've used Hotels in Vietnam a number of times and have even recommended it to my friends. I'm a scholar who studies Vietnam (History of Vietnamese Traditional Medicine) and I'm quite familiar with Vietnam so I really don't go on "tours" so to speak. I usually know exactly where I want to stay and Hotels in Vietnam has always given me very very good service whether I was traveling by myself or reserving rooms for myself and a group of students.
Ms. Anna has been particularly helpful as I often need to request special group rates or I need something else that it special and I can communicate with her directly when with most tourist web sites you can't actually talk to anyone. I really like that aspect of Hotels in Vietnam and I hope that Tun Travel won't do anything to change that.

The train, bus and cars arranged all worked out well as planned.
The Hotels were all satisfactory. The Hotel in Hoi Anh and Mui Nee were particularly good.

The only improvement I would recommend was to notify the client of the wire transfer fees to your bank in Germany before making payment.
